You may cancel an order under the conditions below, in line with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
1. Online product orders
- Before dispatch: orders can be cancelled free of charge by emailing hello@nanaorganics.org or calling +27 82 702 6818. A full refund will be issued via Paystack within 5–10 business days.
- After dispatch: the order can no longer be cancelled, but it may be returned under our Refund Policy once delivered.
2. Custom systems and bulk orders
Custom hydroponic / aquaponic builds and bulk wholesale orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation for a full refund. After that, a 20% cancellation fee applies to cover materials and scheduling.
3. Training bookings
- Cancel 7+ days before the course: full refund.
- Cancel 2–6 days before: 50% refund or free reschedule.
- Cancel less than 48 hours before: non-refundable, but you may transfer your seat to another person.
