These terms govern your use of www.nanaorganics.org and any purchase of products or services from Nana Organics. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and pricing
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Shipping fees, where they apply, are shown at checkout before payment. We reserve the right to adjust pricing and product availability at any time. Bundled or promotional pricing applies only while stock lasts.
3. Accepted payment methods
Payments are securely processed by Paystack. We accept Visa, Mastercard and other major South African debit and credit cards, instant EFT and supported mobile payment methods enabled on our Paystack account. All card payments are authenticated via 3D Secure where supported by the issuing bank.
4. Orders and order acceptance
An order is a binding offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received and verified through Paystack. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or items out of stock), in which case any payment received will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines, fees and tracking are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the address supplied at checkout.
6. Refunds, returns and cancellations
Your statutory rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), including the 5-business-day cooling-off period for electronic transactions, are protected. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
7. Chargebacks and disputes
If you believe a transaction on your card is incorrect or unauthorised, please contact us first at hello@nanaorganics.org so we can resolve the issue quickly. We work directly with Paystack and the acquiring bank on any chargeback investigation and will provide proof of delivery, communications and order records as required.
8. Permitted use and prohibited goods
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use the content for any unlawful purpose. We do not sell, supply, or facilitate the sale of any goods or services prohibited by South African law or by Paystack's Acceptable Use Policy, including but not limited to illegal drugs, unregistered pesticides, firearms, counterfeit goods, or any restricted substances. All content, branding and product formulations remain the intellectual property of Nana Organics.
9. Product use disclaimer
Our nutrients and grow guides are provided in good faith based on tested formulations. Growing results depend on factors outside our control (water quality, environment, crop variety). To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for crop loss arising from misuse of our products.
10. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
