Where we deliver

We deliver to all major centres and outlying areas across South Africa via trusted courier partners.

Delivery timelines

  • Order processing: 1–2 business days from payment confirmation.
  • Main centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein): 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Regional & outlying areas: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Bulk / wholesale orders (pallet quantities): dispatched within 5 business days, delivery 3–7 business days thereafter.

Total time from order to doorstep is therefore typically 3–9 business days.

Shipping fees

  • Flat-rate courier fee calculated at checkout based on delivery address.
  • Free shipping on orders over R500 and on all Complete Bundles.

Delays

Occasionally couriers experience delays due to weather, public holidays or load shedding. If your order has not arrived within the timelines above, please contact us — we will follow up with the courier and keep you updated.
